To some, mental health is a dirty term and people who suffer from disorders or mental health issues are “crazies”. This is unacceptable. It is unacceptable that there are those among us who treat those with mental health issues with fear, prejudice, and other negative attitudes. What is equally unacceptable is that people who need help often don’t seek it for fear of being labeled because of those very attitudes.

This must end.

These attitudes are extremely common and something we as a society.need to fight. Just as common are people who need help, and its our responsibility to foster a society that helps them get the help they need.

If you’re an advocacy group needing custom t-shirts, WhoopTee is here to help. Our custom tees are affordable and easily customizable. You have complete control of the color, style, font, and graphics of your shirt. You can even upload your own image. Once you do, it is extremely easy to share your design on social media to drum up interest and to spread the good word. If you order in bulk, you can take advantage of better prices and our t-shirt order ship for free in two weeks.

If you want to make your own stand against the stigma, you can always make a custom tee yourself with our no minimum shirts. You could create a shirt like “I’m Always Here to Talk” or “You’re Not Alone” to show your support for others.

The biggest takeaway of all is the fight the stigma yourself. If you’re having issues, you don’t have to suffer alone. Reach out, there are friends, family, colleagues, teachers, religious figures, and support groups who are there to lend a helping hand. Of course, there are mental health services available with trained professionals who are here to help.

If you know someone who is going through issues, lend them a kind word, a shoulder, an ear. Treat others as you would want to be treated and do what you can for them. The only way we can end the stigma culture is to work together and give kindness and understanding to one another.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. HELP IS AVAILABLE.
